Shipping and Payment – Czech Republic and Slovakia

For orders over 1,000 CZK, shipping is free within the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Otherwise, the shipping cost is 99 CZK via Zásilkovna / Balíkovna – pickup point / Z-BOX. Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, the selected carrier will send you more details about the delivery via email. To track your shipment or contact the carrier: Zásilkovna, Balíkovna.

You can pay for your order online by card or by bank transfer. For card payments online, orders are shipped immediately. For bank transfers, we wait for the payment to be credited to our account. The variable symbol is your order number. The bank account number is 8430663003/5500 (or CZ6855000000008430663003).

Orders Outside the Czech Republic and Slovakia

We also ship orders to other EU countries. The shipping cost is usually 150–300 CZK (6–12 EUR) and delivery takes 1–4 days after dispatch.

Payment is required in advance by bank transfer (in CZK or EUR). The CZK account is 8430663003/5500, held at Raiffeisenbank a.s. The EUR account is IBAN: CZ6855000000008430663003, SWIFT: RZBCCZPP, held at Raiffeisenbank a.s. The variable symbol (order number) and the total amount to be paid will be sent to your email upon order completion.
