Warranty, Claims, and Returns
1. Warranty and Claims
The warranty period is currently set by law at 1 year. The invoice also serves as the warranty certificate. Claims for liability for defects and warranty (claims) do not apply to defects caused by improper use or wear and tear inconsistent with normal use. Please inform us immediately after discovering a defect. The claimed goods should be sent to us along with a written statement of defects and a copy of the invoice.
Please ensure that the claimed goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. The costs associated with sending the claimed goods from the customer are covered by the customer. In case of a successful claim, the repaired or replaced goods will be sent back to the customer at the expense of Schieller Tech s.r.o. (schieller.com). The maximum period for processing a claim is 30 days, as set by law, but we always strive to handle claims as quickly as possible.
2. Returns
Would you like to return a product? You can return our products within the legal period of 14 days. By agreement (e.g., for gifts or in case of vacation), we may accept returns beyond the 14-day period. The product must be complete, undamaged, and unopened. Please send the product to the address listed in section 3 below, include a copy of the invoice, and provide your bank account number for the refund.
